I decided to become an instructor after meeting a special woman in a local swimming pool. They had a past experience, which led to a fear of water. Over time, regularly teaching her, inspired me to become a fully qualified swimming instructor. I love seeing others develop their own water confidence and beyond to a swimming standard that is right for them.
Everyone's journey is different but from my experience of teaching people, I have constructed a swimming journey pathway which I use as a starting point.
